How can I contact you?
I have links on my homepage, but if you are still unsure you can always message me on whatever platform you find me on and I can help lead you to the right place. I have met customers that don’t not have any socials and we usually message through discord because it is easy!
Who are you?
I go by Ghost online. I am a digital and traditional artist who specializes in Illustration, painting, and printmaking! I Started off self- taught, but I now have a BFA in Studio Art.
When did you start drawing?
I started drawing as soon as I figured out how to pick up a pencil, but I started taking it more seriously around the age of 10!
Where did you learn to draw?
I grew up with the early internet, so I watched a lot of youtube tutorials and speedpaints. I also had a grandmother who was an artist so I got lots of hand me down art books.

What do you draw on?
I draw on a M4 12 inch Ipad Pro.
What art program do you use?
I use alot. I tend to switch between Photoshop, Procreate, Ibispaint, and Illustrator. It really depends what project I am working on!
Do you make any physical art?
Yes I do! Along with being a digital artist I also LOVE Oil painting and printmaking. I want to make some physical merch but need a little more encouragement for that lol!
Do you go by anything else?
I also go by GhostlyJane and GhostlyGluten. Alot of platforms don't let me use the usual Glutenfreecheese with underscores so I have to mix and match some of my names.

4.) Turn around is usually between 1-2 weeks. Digital paintings can take up to a month.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning a product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENTS
1. The customer agrees to pay the FULL amount upfront for any orders no matter the value unless otherwise stated by the seller. (read 2, for customers with order over $500)
2. On orders over $500 the customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.
3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
4. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller.
5. Certain types of work do not allow for a split payment. In such cases the customer will be informed about this and will be asked to agree on a different payment schedule, before any work can commence.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email or social media account provided by Customer, after the final product is completed.
7. Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Customers are obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery methods, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.
8. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to propose a delivery method which works for both parties. Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.
8b. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence WILL NOT be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.
REVISIONS
9. The customer has the right to 4 complete revisions in the sketching phase.
10. The customer has the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail. Any requests above that, however minor, will result in an up-charge that depends on what the request is. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
11. The customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.
12. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to bear any currency conversion costs , payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller. (This includes small fees some payment apps require)
13. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's USD account is equal to the invoice amount in USD.
REFUND POLICY
14. The customer DOES NOT have the right to request or get a refund if the product is not to their expectations or liking. The customer also cannot request a refund halfway through the service. BUT the customer does have the right to request a partial refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
15. The customer needs to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of the customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.
PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
16. The Product received by the Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.
Customers do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
17. If the customer intends to use the product for their own marketing, business, or any other monetized purposes there will be a LARGE upcharge that will fluctuate depending on what the product is and what it will be used for.
18. The seller has full permission to post the artwork and use it for marketing or portfolio purposes after it is completed. If the customer DOES NOT approve of this there is a fee of $20. After this fee is received by the seller the work will be kept private and not be used on other platforms by the seller.
CANCELLATIONS
19. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of a partial refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
20. Any disrespectful behaviur WILL NOT be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customers will CAN receive a partial, but receive no refund depending on the amount of work completed and the circumstances. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
